Cancellation policy

Fortalyn offers a Subscribe & Save option (also called Auto-Refill) so you never run out. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the automatic renewal terms below, which are also part of our Terms of Service.
Recurring charges
When you subscribe, you authorize Fortalyn to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis, without further action from you, until you cancel. Your first charge happens at checkout; each renewal is charged on your next billing date and the order ships shortly after.
Frequency and amount
Unless you choose a different delivery frequency at checkout, you are billed every 30 days at the subscription price shown at checkout and in your order confirmation, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. The quantity, price, frequency and next billing date are always visible in your subscription account.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before the change takes effect if you don't want to continue.
Deadline to cancel
To avoid the next charge and shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations received after a renewal has been charged apply from the following billing period.
How to cancel
Cancelling is simple, and you never have to call anyone:
- Online: use the “Manage subscription” link in your order confirmation and renewal emails, or log in to your account and cancel in a few clicks.
- By email: write to info@fortalyn.shop with your full name and order number. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Skip, pause or change your plan
Instead of cancelling, you can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, change the delivery date, quantity or frequency, or update your shipping address at any time before your next billing date, from your subscription account or by emailing us.
Renewal reminders
We send an email confirmation after each renewal order. For subscriptions with a billing period longer than one month, we send a reminder before the renewal is charged.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge and email you so you can update your payment details. If payment still cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. Please keep your billing information current and complete in your account.
Subscription discounts and offers
Subscription discounts, free shipping or free gifts are offered at our discretion and apply as long as your subscription is active. Promotional pricing for a first order may differ from renewal pricing; both are shown clearly at checkout.
Refunds on subscription orders
Each subscription order is covered by our Refund Policy: unopened, sealed products can be returned within 90 days of delivery. If a renewal was charged and you forgot to cancel, contact info@fortalyn.shop before it ships and we'll cancel it, or return it unopened once delivered. Opened products from renewal orders are not eligible for a refund.
Our right to cancel
We may cancel or decline to renew any subscription, for example if a product is discontinued, out of stock or if payment cannot be collected. We will notify you by email and you won't be charged for orders we don't ship.
Agreement
By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Subscription Policy, including the automatic renewal terms, and you consent to the recurring charges described above until you cancel.
